8-year-old all-rounder sport pony

Due to studies and the step up to horses, our 8-year-old E-pony is for sale. This energetic lady has developed into an all-rounder sport pony. She easily jumps around one metre (2 win points short of being Z-class eligible), is placed L1 in dressage and thrives on hack-outs. She requires a rider who gives her space, understands her and wants to develop her potential step by step. Therefore, we are looking for a rider who gives her the peace and confidence she needs and who wants to get stuck in. A rider who rides with feeling, is consistent and can take charge when necessary.

Our pony comes from a true eventing family. When she arrived with us as a 3-year-old, both rider and pony were still very young and the pony struggled to go out alone, so the focus shifted to showjumping competitions. However, my daughter did a lot of cross-country training and practice runs with her. The pony shows great joy and talent here and certainly has the potential to develop further now that riding solo is no longer a problem. She also really enjoys hacking and water.
Over the last year, the focus has shifted more towards dressage. She knows the Medium dressage exercises, but due to lack of time and the fact that pony and rider enjoy showjumping and hacking more together, there is still much more to be gained in dressage.

Bo is a sweet, sensitive, versatile pony with character and presence. In handling she is well-behaved, under saddle pleasantly forward. She is energetic, smart and has a fair few tricks up her sleeve that she draws from when a lot is asked of her and it gets difficult. That ensures no training session is the same, there is a lot of laughter, but it can also be frustrating. As a rider, you need to be able to handle this, unless you want to ride her at a leisure level and ask less of her. In short, she comes with an instruction manual, but once you know it and act accordingly, you have a super fine pony!

This pony is very close to our hearts. We are looking for a place for her with daily turnout and plenty of freedom of movement in a small herd, and we will take our time to find the right match.

Clinically inspected on 11-01-2022. We did not have an official X-ray pre-purchase exam done at the time, because the seller had just had X-rays taken and shared these 20 X-rays from 6-1-2022 with us. We had these evaluated by our own vet. Re-inspection allowed at buyer's expense. Sold including equipment.
