Sweet mare with great dressage potential

With a heavy heart, I am selling my sweet mare Kato due to lack of time.

General:

Kato is a super sweet 11-year-old mare. She has a good foundation with 3 impressive yet refined paces. She is sweet to handle and has no mareish quirks, but she gets nervous quickly and is therefore certainly not always the easiest.

She is good to groom and really enjoys it, and saddling up is no problem at all. I have never seen her bite or kick intentionally, and she takes the bit easily.

She lunges well and responds mostly to voice commands.

Under saddle, Kato is often enthusiastic and needs a clear and consistent rider. She has a sensitive back and does not tolerate riders who bounce in the saddle. With a height at withers of 1.72+ m, she is also a large horse with plenty of frame, and for all these reasons, she is certainly not suitable for a beginner.

However, she is responsive to the aids and very pleasant to ride for a more experienced rider; she gives smoothly to the bit and already knows a few higher-level exercises. She has done less work in recent years and will need to be brought back into work.
I have gained some competition points in class B with her, but I have never competed fanatically.

Kato really enjoys jumping small fences, but does not have talent for it.
She is also nice to ride outside in a group; on her own, she finds this very nerve-wracking. She is used to tractors and lorries and will rarely make a fuss about them on familiar ground. She is also familiar with dogs, cats, and small children and is completely fine with them. Aeroplanes and birds are no problem either.

She is good with the farrier, osteopath, physio, and vet, but needs to be sedated for the dentist. She has never been fully clipped, but she does not mind it at the vet or for her mane.
Trailer loading is very nerve-wracking for her and goes variable, and unfamiliar grounds are also very stressful.

She is a real friend to everyone and loves being turned out with other horses; she has no stable vices in her box.

Notes:

Kato has a severe overbite and must see the dentist every year. She needs sedation for this, so it is important to find a specialized vet rather than a standard equine dentist. She is not bothered by it otherwise; she can wear a bit without issue and takes it well, and she eats and grazes fine, only spilling her hard feed.

Kato also has stringhalt-like crampness in her left hind leg due to an old trauma; this is distinct from standard stringhalt. You only notice this when lifting her hooves and backing up. During riding, nothing is visible. For this reason, it is important that she gets plenty of movement and can go out daily (preferably 24/7).

New home:

I am looking for a 5-star home for Kato where she can get plenty of turn-out and be worked regularly. Due to her nervous character, she is not suitable for a beginner rider. Dealers and riding schools need not apply.

Finding the right home is more important than a quick sale, and I offer a 3-month trial period. There is also an option to full-lease her for a few months first (450 euros/month) at her current location.

Price is negotiable for the right home. Tack and equipment can be taken over at an extra cost (excluding halter and fly veil, which are included).

Vetting is possible at the buyer's expense; please keep in mind that she will very likely fail on her crampy leg. She holds a D-OC and PROK predicate.
