Beautiful well-behaved NRPS gelding

Desperados Elegantia

Desperados is a 3-year-old palomino gelding currently measuring 1.54 m, he will grow nicely into a large E-pony size. He has been under saddle since the end of May and you truly won't find them better behaved. He was backed under professional guidance by youth riders and from the very beginning it was just mount up and ride away. At the moment he is worked 3 times a week, lunging beforehand is not necessary.

Desperados has very interesting breeding, his sire is the famous NRPS stallion Don Cremello du Bois (1.47 m), who performed well in sport among both horses and ponies and has many offspring performing extremely well in sport.

His dam is the KWPN mare Fame (1.65 m), from the beautiful dressage bloodlines United x Gribaldi x Rubinstein. From this dam I now have 5 offspring, 4 of which are still in our possession.

Desperados has 3 very fine and correct paces with plenty of scope and suppleness, and on top of that he is super sweet, affectionate, and handsome. The ideal pony for an ambitious young rider who wants to shine in the ring.

He already goes out on the road for short walk outings, real outdoor hacks haven't been done yet due to his age.
We have also free jumped him and he showed a lovely jump here as well.

We would prefer Desperados to go to a rider who wants to ride actively in sport. And as a breeder, it would of course be great to be able to continue following his career.

On 12 February 2026 he had a pre-purchase exam with X-rays including neck and back with good images and no remarks. X-rays and report are available for inspection.
