Honest 8yo Z gelding for sale

Ascaro van ’t Ruitershof is an 8-year-old gelding by Asca Z x Wonderfull, approx. 1.70 m. Born and raised here.

He has already competed in several 110 cm training rounds and has a nice foundation to build upon. He also shows talent for dressage work; with a bit of extra training he can certainly develop further in that direction.

Under saddle, Ascaro is very reliable. He is virtually bombproof. However, he does need a rider who keeps him nicely forward-going. He is willing to work, but expects clear guidance.

He is well-behaved in handling. He loads easily onto the horsebox, is very good on trail rides both alone and in a group, and likes to take the lead.

Due to his honest character, he is also suitable for someone who wants to start showjumping and grow together. He also shows talent for cross-country.

Ascaro had a complication after his castration in the past (vet report available), which delayed his training. Today he is being ridden and jumped normally. We are of course happy to provide all details to seriously interested buyers. We are primarily looking for a golden home for Ascaro where he will get all the opportunities he deserves. He will not be sold just anywhere.

He has never been lame or sick.
