Van Halen is a typey young dressage prospect with three good basic gaits, a nice uphill tendency, and pleasant rideability. As a true training horse, he masters his tasks with ease while showing a positive, straightforward attitude. His grandam produced five successful offspring in sport, including Chirpetto by Conteur, Prix Saint Georges-winning with Dr. Margit Christiansen. From the direct dam line come the licensed stallions Wimbledon by Wolkentanz and What a Feeling by Wolkentanz, successful up to Grand Prix with Christoph Kleimeyer. The further dam line is also of top-class sporting quality: For Olympic Games by First Dance (Grand Prix special with Diego Martinez del Moral) and Bespoke by Belissimo M (Prix Saint Georges with Maxi Kira Platen).
