Usain – Elegant & Talented Dressage Prospect | 6 yrs | Just Wimphof × Jazz line

Usain – 6-year-old gelding | 1.60 m | Just Wimphof x Octavia | Jazz line

Due to a lack of time on the owner's part, we are looking for a suitable new home for Usain TS. Usain is a handsome, eye-catching 6-year-old gelding standing 1.60 m with plenty of presence, natural work ethic and potential for the dressage discipline. Last winter he passed a full set of x-rays.

Usain is a son of Just Wimphof out of Octavia, with Jazz in the dam line. He thus carries interesting dressage pedigree lines known for their work ethic, presence and aptitude for the sport.

Under the saddle Usain is super nice and soft to ride. He is pleasant in the mouth, fine in the contact and naturally thinks forward. His strong points are his work ethic, natural drive to move, suppleness and fine rideability. He loves to work for his rider, learns quickly and enjoys being occupied.

Due to his compact yet stately size, appearance and fine rideability, we see him as an interesting ladies' horse or junior prospect. He is still young and is therefore also ready to be further shaped to his new rider's hand.

Usain is a sensitive and intelligent horse who draws a lot of confidence from his rider. With a calm, clear and confident rider he relaxes nicely and shows how much quality he has inside. Therefore we are looking for someone with sufficient riding experience who gives him confidence and wants to further develop his training.

Aside from riding he is also a pleasure to handle. He loves groundwork and variety, is social in the herd and enjoys contact with other horses, and is very people-oriented.

A willing-to-work, elegant and nice-to-ride dressage horse for someone looking for a young horse to further shape to their own hand and grow together with.

A good match and a nice, permanent home are very important to us.
