Beautiful gelding!
Description
It breaks my heart, but I am looking for a new home for Harley ❤️
Harley is a 14-year-old gelding standing at 1.68 m with a heart of gold. He has an immense will-to-please, a lovely feel under saddle, and a personality to fall in love with. He is cheerful, thinks along with you, and does his absolute best for his rider every single day.
To me, he is much more than just a horse: he is my buddy and a friend for life.
Harley is by Spartacus x Van Gogh. He is currently competing at Z1-level in dressage and is a true schoolmaster. In addition, he knows flying changes, among other things, and enjoys working with poles. He is light to ride, pleasant in the contact, and loves to work together with his rider.
I have owned Harley since he was three years old and trained him myself. Together, we have learned an incredible amount and had so much fun. That is precisely why it is so important to me that he ends up in a place where he is appreciated just as much as he is with me.
Who am I looking for?
Harley would be a great fit for someone looking for a nice and reliable horse to enjoy dressage in grassroots sport, but who also wants to enjoy relaxing hacks.
In addition, he could be a wonderful match for a mother and daughter wanting to share a horse together, or for a rider transitioning from a pony to a horse. He is not suitable for beginners or insecure riders.
In daily handling, Harley is also easygoing, though he can sometimes be a bit fresh. He is practical to handle and is easy to load and unload by himself, for example. Tackling up by the trailer is also no problem.
