Professional horse accommodation for rent on the border of Flemish Brabant and Limburg.

With the right match, we are considering renting out our horse property, currently kept in complete discretion due to current livery clients.

The accommodation is quietly and rurally located, surrounded by greenery and directly connected to the riding network. We have 6 ha of pastures where we house our horses 24/7.

Furthermore, we have an outdoor arena with drainage and lighting, several boxes (the majority are field shelters), tack room, wash rack with hot water, club house with kitchen and toilet, and ample parking.

We are exclusively looking for a tenant who is professionally active in the horse sector, think of breeders, trainers, therapists, vets or professional riders. Our accommodation is also extremely suitable for camps and/or training courses.

Multiple options possible:
- Renting the entire accommodation
- Partially renting the accommodation
- Collaborations (we have been professionally active in the horse sector for over 15 years ourselves)
