Dressage pony, Mare, 11 years

This lovely Welsh Cob Palomino is 1.48 cm and 11 years.

A very appealing pony with great presence and experience in dressage.

Shown at M2 level (+7 ) and knows the movements of the Z level. She is a pony that certainly draws attention in the arena.
Due to the rider reaching the age of 18, we are looking for a suitable match and a 5-star home.

Pedigree name: Nantwood Briallen
Section D: Welsh Cob
Born: 31 March 2015
Colour: palomino

Besides being very pretty to look at, she is also very sweet! We have had her since she was 5 years old. She is super well-behaved in the stable, in the grooming area, at the farrier, dentist etc. We have travelled a lot with her, indoor and outdoor competitions, hacks in the woods, training sessions. She is easy to load.

She does need a confident, consistent and more experienced rider. When she builds up tension, she sometimes needs the rider to help release that and give her self-confidence. When she feels that trust and cooperation, you have a golden pony in your hands. Dressage-wise, she certainly still has potential to grow further. She has competed twice at the Brabant Championships. She also enjoys jumping, but the current rider's interest and ambition lay much less there.

Good to keep in mind:
- She finds heavy traffic spooky and is therefore partly traffic-safe (light traffic is fine).
- She feels her best with plenty of exercise and low-sugar feed. Feed management is therefore important.
- Vaccinations, worming, dentist, etc. all up to date.
- Including Kingsley D7 dressage saddle, bridle, blankets, etc.

We are looking for a new home where she receives a lot of love and is well cared for. A gentle and experienced rider with whom she forms a good match. Where she can be turned out a lot. With us, she is turned out during the day and inside at night.

Potential good broodmare
She has a particularly strong Welsh Cob pedigree, including the multi-champion and top sire Gwynfaes Culhwch, Horeb Euros, Janton Lightning, Janton Meredith and the classic Llanarth, Derwen, Nebo and Pentre Eiddwen lines.
In 2019 she achieved a 1st premium at the regional Welsh inspection and was selected for the central mare inspection in Kootwijk where she placed 2nd in her class and was awarded ster.
