Beautiful PRE gelding with all-round experience, charisma and character

Wanted: someone who wants to take over this sweet and handsome horse, continue his rehabilitation and end up with a dream horse! ❤️

Unique all-rounder Lamborghini Veneno! Veneno is an 11-year-old PRE gelding with Carta, in my possession for 6.5 years and originally from Seville.

Performances & experience
• Z1 dressage + win placed
• 3rd place Dutch Championship MCI (Young Horses class)
• 2nd place Dutch Championship MCI - Freestyle to Music (Level 1)
• 2x team gold European Championship MCI
• Experience with freestyle to music and international competitions (e.g. Paris)
• All-round deployable: dressage, showjumping (80/90 cm incl. competition experience), working equitation, practice cross, groundwork (incl. piaffe), Pas de Deux (Z-level)
• Lots of experience on foreign terrain, multi-day training sessions and events

Veneno has a strong, correct build and features 3 good, expansive paces (no short or frantic PRE trot). He also has good jumping techniques.

Character & riding
Veneno is an honest gelding with a strong character and a lot of feel. He is not an "always automatically forward" horse and can sometimes be on the lazy side, but can also show a lot of energy and react sensitively to the aids.

This means that under the saddle you have a horse with two sides:
• days when he is relaxed and level-headed (this is currently most common)
• and moments when he has more energy and can react sensitively

As a result, he is not suitable for insecure or inexperienced riders, but rather for someone who:
• rides clearly and consistently
• has a feel for timing and energy

In the right hands he is a very nice, versatile and reliable horse to work with!

Handling
• Well-behaved and reliable in handling
• Not one-sided: multiple riders have ridden him alongside me
• Children have sat on him (under supervision)
• Social towards other horses (alone or in a group)
• Easy to load (also alone)
• Very suitable for hacking, also longer rides (alone and in a group)
• Traffic-safe
• Travels without problems to other locations (training, competitions, holidays)

Health & care
Since a few months slightly lame right hind leg, diagnosis: effusion of the annular ligament / tenosynovitis + slight restless attachment at proximal sesamoid bone, however no irregular tendon fibres seen.
Currently in rehabilitation; vet reports and ultrasound images will gladly be sent upon request
• Strong hooves (goes barefoot)
• Well-behaved with farrier, vet and dentist (kept up to date annually)
• Slightly sensitive to sugars (build up quietly on grass in spring and with glucobalance, then it goes well)
• In summer benefits from insect protection, a fly sheet helps him then, which I will include.

What I am looking for for him
I am looking for someone for Veneno who wants to guide him further in his rehabilitation process and subsequently end up with a fantastic, versatile horse.
The reason for sale is that I have decided for a while to stop horse riding permanently, due to private circumstances. Unfortunately, Veneno turned up uneven exactly 2 weeks after I had put him up for sale for 22,500.
I can and will no longer give the current rehabilitation process what it deserves, and I grant Veneno someone who can go for that.
