On behalf of the breeder, we offer Marella BDS for sale: an elegant, modernly bred dressage mare with an exceptionally strong German performance lineage from the renowned Weissena line, a damline that has amply proven itself in both sport and breeding.

Through her damline, Marella traces directly back to the influential Weissena family, the same line that produced the Olympic top mare Weihegold OLD, among others. Her granddam Wega Weissera (Elite) is a daughter of De Niro out of a full sister to the Grand Prix stallions Canaster I and Canaster II. A damline that guarantees quality, talent and proven performance.

Marella has three good basic gaits, in which her powerful and active hind leg with a lot of push particularly stands out. She has a fine attitude, is level-headed in handling and not spooky at all.

She has only been under saddle since the beginning of this year, making her relatively green for her age. Deliberate attention was paid to a correct basic training. She currently masters yield, shoulder-in and counter-canter, among other things. Thanks to her eager-to-learn character, she picks up new exercises quickly and shows a lot of talent.
