## Wise Marilla – classy filly with proven damline

Wise Marilla, a beautiful and elegant filly, born on 27 March 2026.

Wise Marilla is a daughter of the promising stallion J-Nius V.V. Z. He is known for his fantastic technique, quality and modern sport type. His achievements are supported by an exceptionally strong pedigree: he is a son of Little Indian, active up to 1.45 m level, out of a mare by Ugano Sitte x Chacco Blue. This mare is a full sister of Kerbie V.V., who competed at 1.50 m level. Moreover, the damline goes back to the famous Ligie, who is closely related to the legendary Itot du Chateau and produced multiple international showjumpers.

The offspring of J-Nius V.V. Z stand out for their quality, technique and appearance, and are therefore in high demand. He thus guarantees interesting sport blood and a promising foundation for the future.

On the dam's side, Wise Marilla traces back to Vimarilla, a daughter of the well-known stallion Concorde, who himself jumped at 1.60 m Grand Prix level and is known as an influential sire of sport horses.

Vimarilla has also proven herself in sport. She herself jumped 1.20 m courses and competed in M1 dressage. In addition, she produced, among others, the 1.40 m showjumper Dimaro and multiple horses successful at 1.20 and 1.25 m level.

The grandam of Wise Marilla, Limarilla (Wellington x Zeus), comes from a very interesting and versatile damline. She is a half-sister to the international 1.45 m showjumpers Rhett (s. Concorde), ridden by Pieter Martijn de Bruijn, and Biko Lalan (s. Corland), ridden by Antonio Matos Almeida. Limarilla herself produced multiple showjumpers at 1.20 to 1.30 m level as well as an eventer that competed at CCI1 level. Furthermore, this strong damline has produced multiple international showjumpers, including the former Grand Prix horse It’s Morado (s. Indorado) of Kevin Babington.

Although Wise Marilla did not inherit her sire's coat colour, she is a classy and appealing dark bay filly with a fine appearance. She is social, friendly and people-oriented, and loves getting attention. She is pleasant and curious in handling.

She stands correctly on her legs and shows good movement. With her fine character, correct conformation, interesting sireline and proven sporting damline, Wise Marilla is a promising filly for the future.

Wise Marilla was born on 27 March and can soon be weaned.
